What our customers say

Douglas and his team basically replaced the roof using existing slates where possible. They removed the slates from the whole roof, put on new breathable felt, new treated battens, a new felt support tray, capped all the chimneys with new mortar and replaced the valley lead, as well as new guttering. All the scaffolding was supplied and all waste was removed and everything tidied up perfectly. Amazing work - quick, helpful, polite and good value for money. Certainly worth recommending!

Completed full replacement fascia, soffit and guttering. Very professional workmanship, all work finished to a very high standard. More than happy with the end product, would recommend to anyone.

Dougie Price and his teams made a wonderful job of handling my roofing replacement and wall repointing. Everything was done with preliminary visual evidence of the state of the roof and a chimney that turned out not just to be having a brick disintegration problem but to be on the point of collapse - which it did, fortunately with no harm to any one on the roof or passing by. The roof is now a credit to their workmanship as evidenced by neighbours coming forward to ask him to replace/repair theirs as well. For me the unseen crowning glory though was his handling of a leak sourced to the gap around the box gutter between my porch and the main house. He showed me what was happening and explained how he would handle it. A very thorough gutter clean that also took in the joint areas round about before the application of a specialist sealer that would fill and seal all areas where the original old sealant had now failed. It should also be said that Dougie's organisation and management skills were excellent. His workmen were as committed to excellence as him and hardly paused in the course of their work except on short refreshment breaks. They all clearly were very skilled at their respective jobs but also could be seen to respect him as one of them as well as the boss man! The proof of the porch sealant repair has been the total lack of the previous leak despite very heavy rain on several occasions since. Roofing & UPVC Specialist certainly did themselves proud and I am more than happy to recommend the firm to anyone looking for excellent work at fair prices.

Douglas was a lovely lad, and a brilliant team at that. They replaced my gutter and did a smashing job, arrived on time and did everything they said. Thanks lads, I really recommend.

By far the best company! Replaced broken tiles and installed new guttering. Quick response, really friendly, just got on with the work and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend, if I have any future problems I would definitely use this company again.

Lovely lads came out Christmas Eve when no other company would. Had a leak in my roof which was going in my 5 year old son's room from a slipped roof slate. It was only a small job which only took 10 minutes to do. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent, reliable service

Had a roof repair done by this team — knowledgeable, efficient and the results speak for themselves.

Quick, professional and clearly explained what my roof needed before the work started. Their quote also came in well below the others I'd got.
